IDA Helia Elite Restore Pack

Calm. Restore. Create. The Helia Elite Restore is for the player who always comes back stronger: the one who bounces back after a hard week, lifts her teammates and creates the moments that change a game. Our athlete council helped shape its soft heather blue, clean neutrals and metallic details, inspired by the restorative side of training that makes the big moments possible. Underneath, it's everything you love about Helia: lightweight, stable and built for the female foot from upper to soleplate. No shrink-it-and-pink-it. Rooted in calm. Built to create. Welcome to Helia.

✅ Engineered by women, for women
✅ Designed with feedback from the IDA Athlete Council
✅ Lightweight meets comfort

Women-Specific Fit: Feel the difference from the first step. Every element—from the upper to the soleplate—is shaped for the female foot, giving you a seamless fit and the freedom to play your game without distraction.

Lightweight Performance: Our lightest cleat yet, the Helia is built to keep you quick on your feet. With a responsive soleplate and ultralight upper that deliver effortless speed while maintaining all-game comfort and stability.

WAVEKNIT+ Technology: A lightweight, high-tenacity mesh upper pairs with an engineered knit collar to provide a secure, sock-like fit. The textured mesh upper creates a breathable, second-skin feel that sharpens your touch in critical moments of your match.

Flexibility You Need: Helia soleplate, designed to bend where you do, is engineered with strategic flex zones tailored to the female foot — unlocking fluid movement, powerful push-offs, and all-game comfort.

Optimized FG/AG Traction: Shorter, more rounded studs provide confident grip for quick pivots and directional changes— ideal on both natural grass and 3G artificial surfaces.

Exclusive Pride Design: Intentionality everywhere you look, IDA’s custom-designed print of inclusivity channels the full spectrum of the Pride flag to emulate unity, all while the outsoles reflect how the pride community is the heart and soul of the game, and the reimagined IDA logo in the Trans flag colors cements that trans women are women, full stop.

After each use, brush off any loose dirt or grass. For the WAVEKNIT+ upper, use a soft brush or cloth to gently remove debris. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water and a mild soap solution to clean tougher stains, but avoid soaking the material. Steer clear of harsh cleaning agents, as they can damage the WAVEKNIT+ material and other components of the cleat
