Refund policy

30-Day Free Wear Trial (US)

We are confident once you feel the form and comfort of our IDA cleats you’ll never buy another brand again. However, we offer a free 30-Day Wear Trial so that you can test your cleats in your typical playing setting and be sure you feel good in your new IDAs. If for any reason that’s not the case, you can return them entirely for free. We’ll just ask that you avoid any rainy days for trialing and give them a light wipe down before shipping back to us. 

Refunds

These things do take time, but not too much. Start by requesting a return. Once we receive your package at the fulfillment center, we'll inspect your return, process it into inventory and complete your refund. We do it as quickly as we can, promise.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product was damaged or faulty to an unusable extent as a result of shipment, or the product breaks as a result of material failure (excluding laces), we will send over a new one free of charge upon return of the faulty item within the first 30 days.

Incorrect Item Received

If we send out the wrong item to you, as stated on your proof of purchase, we will pay for return shipping and will expedite the correct product to you free of charge. The first item must be sent back to us before this can happen.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you can receive a full refund. Products must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, like select products we are not restocking, final sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns in which our products have encountered hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Also, we do not offer free returns and exchanges outside of the US and UK. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item; there are instances when we may be able to process a refund. 

Warranty

Products manufactured or purchased within the last 6 months are eligible for a return.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect.
